You may return your order within 14 days of receipt. Once we have received your return, we will ensure that the purchase amount is refunded to your bank account within five working days.

Easy Returns in Three Simple Steps

Step 1: Complete the return form

Download the return form and complete it in full.

Step 2: Send back your order

Return the items together with the completed return form to the address stated on the return form.

Please make sure your parcel includes a Track & Trace code. As the sender, you are responsible for the return shipment. This helps prevent any misunderstandings.

Step 3: Receive your refund

Once we have received your return, we will process the refund and ensure the purchase amount is transferred back to your bank account within five working days.
