When can I expect my order?

Our average delivery time is 5–10 working days. Orders are shipped directly from our suppliers to you. This allows us to reduce storage and transport costs and offer our products at competitive prices, with free shipping included.




The estimated delivery time has passed. Where is my order?

In most cases, orders arrive within the estimated delivery time. Occasionally, delays may occur during shipping. You can track your order using the link below:

If your order has not arrived within three days after the estimated delivery date, please contact our customer service.




I am missing items from my order. How is this possible?

We work with multiple suppliers, which means items from the same order may be shipped separately. Missing items are usually delivered within 2–3 working days.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping is free of charge on all orders.





Exchanges & Returns



Can I return my order if I am not satisfied?

Yes. You may return your order within 14 days of receipt, without providing a reason.




How do I return an item?

You may exchange or return items within 14 days after receiving your order. Items must be returned in their original condition, with all labels and tags attached, and must show no signs of use.


All return shipments must include a Track & Trace code. The customer is responsible for the return shipment.


Once we have received your return, the refund will be processed within 14 days.

My Track & Trace code shows no updates. Why is that?

Tracking information becomes available once your parcel has been registered by the carrier. Please allow some time for the tracking details to update.
