Terms and Conditions
Article 1 – Definitions
In these terms and conditions, the following definitions apply:
Cooling-off period: the period during which the consumer may cancel the purchase;
Consumer: a natural person who makes a purchase for personal use and does not act on behalf of a business;
Day: a calendar day;
Continuous transaction: an agreement under which products or services are supplied over a longer period of time;
Durable data carrier: any means that allows information to be stored and accessed later in an unchanged form, such as email;
Right of withdrawal: the consumer’s right to cancel the agreement within the cooling-off period;
Trader: the natural or legal person who offers products or services through the webshop;
Distance contract: an agreement concluded without face-to-face contact, using the internet or other means of distance communication;

Article 3 – Applicability of these terms
- These terms and conditions apply to every offer and every order placed through the webshop.
- The terms and conditions are made available before an order is placed.
- For electronic orders, the terms and conditions can be stored digitally.
- If any provision is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.
Article 4 – The offer
- All offers are non-binding unless stated otherwise.
- The trader reserves the right to amend or withdraw an offer.
- Product descriptions are provided as clearly as possible.
- Images represent the products realistically; however, colours may vary.
- Obvious errors or mistakes do not bind the trader.
Article 5 – The agreement
- The agreement is concluded once the consumer places an order and receives confirmation.
- The consumer will receive an order confirmation by email.
- The trader provides a secure payment environment.
- Orders may be refused for valid reasons.
Article 6 – Right of withdrawal
- The consumer may cancel the purchase within 14 days of receiving the product.
- The product must be handled with care during the cooling-off period.
- Cancellation can be made by email or in writing.
- The product must be returned within 14 days after cancellation.
Article 7 – Return costs and refunds
- The costs of returning a product are borne by the consumer.
- Refunds will be made within 14 days after receipt of the returned product.
Article 8 – Exclusion of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- products made to order or customised;
- personal products;
- hygienic products where the seal has been broken.
Article 9 – Prices
- All prices include VAT.
- Prices may be changed before an order is completed.
- Pricing errors do not entitle the consumer to delivery.
Article 10 – Quality and warranty
- Products comply with applicable legal requirements.
- Defects must be reported within 14 days of discovery.
Article 11 – Delivery
- Delivery takes place at the address provided by the consumer.
- Orders are delivered within 30 days unless agreed otherwise.
- The risk remains with the trader until the moment of delivery.
Article 12 – Payment
- Payment must be made using the available payment methods.
- Any incorrect payment details must be reported immediately.
Article 13 – Complaints
- Complaints may be submitted by email.
- Complaints will be handled within 14 days.
Article 14 – Applicable law
Dutch law applies to these terms and conditions and to all agreements concluded under them.
